Send the health office a note about today
A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 7 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.
How to send the health office a note about today
- 1On Home, click "Health" at the bottom of your child's card.
- 2In the "Tell the health office about today" card at the top, click "Send a note".
- 3Choose a category under "What's this about?" — for example "Medicine given at home".
- 4Check the date under "Which day?" (it defaults to today).
- 5For medicine given at home, fill in "What did they take?", "How much", and "What time".
- 6Write your note under "What should the school know about [child]?".
- 7Click "Send to the office" — your note shows "Waiting to be seen", then "Seen by" with a name once the office acknowledges it.
