How to send a correction to your child's health record
- 1Click Home in the portal navigation bar, open your child's card, and click the health information banner
- 2Scroll to the "Review for [year]" card at the bottom
- 3Click "Something needs updating"
- 4In the "What should we update?" dialog, describe the change in the "What's changed?" box (new allergies or medications, a new doctor, corrected phone numbers…)
- 5Type your full name in the "Type your full name to sign" field and click "Send updates"
- 6The page badge changes to "Updates sent — the school is reviewing"
