How to see the week exactly as a family sees it

  1. 1Click Planner under Learning in the sidebar
  2. 2On the view pills under the title, click "Family view"
  3. 3Under the "Family" label, open the picker, type into "Search a family or child…" and pick the family
  4. 4It opens on "Everything planned" — read-only, with drafts and unpublished lessons shown under a "Not published yet" label, and an amber strip counting them
  5. 5Under "Showing", click "Only what they see" for exactly what their portal shows right now; click "Everything planned" to bring the drafts back
  6. 6Step weeks with the Previous week / Next week arrows (a "This week" link brings you back); for a family with more than one child, switch "Layout" between "By day" and "By student"
  7. 7Read the count on the right — "X of Y checked off"
  8. 8Click "Print their week" for the printable sheet, one per child; an unpublished lesson is marked on it
