How to share or unshare an observation with the family

  1. 1Click Observations under Learning in the sidebar
  2. 2Tap a curriculum-area chip to narrow the journal to that area — All brings everything back
  3. 3On an observation you wrote, click Share to publish it to the family portal
  4. 4Look for the green 'Family sees this' badge on the entry
  5. 5Click the green badge itself to pull a shared entry back to staff-only
  6. 6To remove one entirely, click the delete icon and confirm — it disappears from the journal, the student's page, and the portal
