How to bulk-import health records from a spreadsheet

  1. 1Click Health under People in the sidebar
  2. 2Click Import CSV
  3. 3Click Download template and fill it in
  4. 4Choose your file under CSV file
  5. 5Click Preview — it's a dry run
  6. 6Check the report for rows it couldn't match
  7. 7Click Import
