How to set your behavior handbook ladder and incident vocabulary

  1. 1Click Settings under Administration in the sidebar
  2. 2Click Health & behavior in the settings section rail
  3. 3Type your escalation steps IN ORDER into Behavior handbook ladder, comma-separated
  4. 4List your Incident types and Incident locations (blank = sensible defaults)
  5. 5Click Save
  6. 6Click Behavior under People, then Log incident — Type, Where and Handbook step now carry your own words
