Upload many immunization records at once

A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 9 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.

How to upload many immunization records at once

  1. 1If you only keep the signed form, click Settings, open Health & behavior, set "How do you track immunizations?" to "Just the signed form on file" and click Save
  2. 2Click Health under People in the sidebar, then "Upload immunization records"
  3. 3Name each file after the student: last name, comma, first name; first name then last; or the student number
  4. 4Choose up to 20 files under "Immunization records" — each row shows the student it matched
  5. 5For a row marked "2 matches", click the right student
  6. 6For a row marked "No match", click "Choose a student…", type a name and pick the student
  7. 7To leave a file out, tick the box on its row; its badge reads Skipped
  8. 8Click "File [N] records" once the summary reads "0 need attention"
  9. 9Click "Undo this upload" within 24 hours to take the whole batch back off

Allergies that badge the student everywhere, medication logs, printable emergency cards, behavior notes families actually read, and a handbook ladder every adult follows the same way.
