Submit your week for review
A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 6 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.
How to submit your week for review
- 1Click Learning then Planner in the sidebar
- 2Open a lesson, check "Ready to teach — sends it for review" and click Save — saving a ready lesson sends it to the reviewer
- 3Or send the whole week at once: click Submit for review in the header (it marks the week's lessons ready; approved ones stay approved)
- 4Read the clipboard on each lesson against the legend above the grid: "waiting for review" or "approved"
- 5An amber clipboard ("changes asked for") means the reviewer sent it back — open that lesson to read the note
- 6Publishing stays a separate step — click Family view to see each lesson marked "Not published yet"; with review on, the reviewer publishes
