Report a problem from inside Pearspark

A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 6 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.

How to report a problem from inside Pearspark

  1. 1On the page that's misbehaving, click the "Help" button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. 2Click "Report a problem", the link at the foot of the Help panel under the question box — the "Report a problem" form opens.
  3. 3Under "What kind?" choose "Something is broken", "I need help", or "Idea / feedback".
  4. 4Under "How urgent?" pick "Whenever", "Normal", "Blocking my work", or "School can't operate".
  5. 5Type a "Short title", then say what you did, what you expected and what you saw instead in "What happened?".
  6. 6Click "Send report" — your name, role, school and the page's address go with it, plus any errors Pearspark caught at your school in the last day. The Pearspark team is told at once, and the reply comes to your email.

Part of Getting help

Ask the Help button how to do something in plain words, hand a question to a person, report a problem from the page you're on, or let support make a fix for you.
