How to ask the Help button a question from the portal

  1. 1Click the "Help" button in the bottom-right corner of the portal (on a phone, tap More, then Help)
  2. 2Tap a suggested question like "How do I pay tuition?", or type your own and tap Ask
  3. 3Read the numbered steps from the help guides
  4. 4Tap "Show me" — the portal opens the right page and rings where to tap
  5. 5Tap "Watch it" to play the short video, where there is one
  6. 6If it can't answer, tap "Send this to my school" — the question goes to the school office, who reply in Messages
  7. 7Tap "Open the conversation" to see your question in Messages, where the school's reply will arrive
