How to ask Help how to do something, and hand it to a person

  1. 1Click the "Help" button in the bottom-right corner of any staff page
  2. 2Tap a starter question, or type your own in "How do I…?" and click Ask
  3. 3Read the numbered steps; a close match is listed under "Other guides"
  4. 4Click "Show me" — Help opens the page and rings the button to click next; click "Got it" to clear the bar
  5. 5Click "Watch it" to open the guide's video in a new tab
  6. 6If it misses, say so and pick from the other guides it offers
  7. 7Click "Send this to a person" — the conversation goes to the Pearspark team, who reply by email
