Find past observations by curriculum area

A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 7 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.

How to find past observations by curriculum area

  1. 1Open Learning in the sidebar, then click Observations
  2. 2Above the feed, find the curriculum-area chips — "All" first, then one chip per area in its own color
  3. 3Click an area chip; the journal narrows to that area
  4. 4Read the feed grouped under dated headers, newest first
  5. 5Each card shows the child, the area, the note, the date and the author
  6. 6A "Family sees this" badge marks what the family can already read
  7. 7Click the active chip again to clear the filter

Part of Health, behavior & safety

Allergies that badge the student everywhere, medication logs, printable emergency cards, behavior notes families actually read, and a handbook ladder every adult follows the same way.
