See a class's last and next week beside this one
A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 6 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.
How to see a class's last and next week beside this one
- 1Click Planner in the Learning section of the sidebar, then the Week pill if another view opens
- 2Click the class name at the left of its row — a small menu opens with "Show context" and "Open class"
- 3Click Show context — "Week before" appears above the class's row and "Week after" below, each with its own dates
- 4Read down a column: lessons line up by weekday; an empty meeting says "No lesson" if past or "Nothing planned yet" if coming
- 5To plan into one of those weeks, click its "Week after" or "Week before" label — the planner steps there with the context still open
- 6Click Hide context to put the grid back
