How to bill tuition weekly, fortnightly, quarterly, or half-yearly
- 1Click Billing under Administration in the sidebar
- 2Click the "Plans & students" tab, then click New plan
- 3Enter a Plan name and the Amount ($) charged each period
- 4Open Billed and pick the cycle — Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Monthly, Quarterly, Twice a year, Annual, or One-time
- 5Set First billing date — nothing is billed before it, and it fixes where each period starts
- 6Click Create plan
- 7The plan card shows the price with its cycle (e.g. "/ quarter")
