How to connect Stripe for online tuition payments

  1. 1Click Settings under Administration in the sidebar
  2. 2Open the "Billing & accounts" section and find the "Online payments" card showing your Stripe account status
  3. 3Click Connect Stripe and complete Stripe's onboarding for your school's own account
  4. 4If you get interrupted, come back and click Resume onboarding
  5. 5Once the badge shows active, families can pay invoices online (bank transfer or card) in the family portal — payouts go straight to your school's bank account
  6. 6Recording checks and cash always works without this
