How to forecast what tuition is still coming in
- 1Click Reports under Administration in the sidebar
- 2Scroll to the Money section and click View report on the Forecasted A/R card
- 3Read the tiles (Projected billings, Families pay, Collects itself, Outstanding now) and Projected billings by month — every dollar comes from a plan a student is already assigned to, priced by the same code that raises the invoice; Outstanding A/R today ages the unpaid invoices
- 4Set Look ahead (6, 12, 18 or 24 months) and click Run report to see further out
- 5Click a month to see the families behind it, each marked Autopay or By hand; Clear closes the drill-down
- 6Each table has its own CSV button; Download CSV exports the projection
